"We renovated our newly purchased home extensively, adding new impact windows and doors in several areas, raising one room's ceiling and raising another room's interior ceiling and installing a new exterior roof above it. We had extensive interior and exterior electrical work done. We remodeled an interior bathroom completely with re-routed plumbing and all new plumbing fixtures, including new tile flooring. The entire exterior and most of the interior of the home was repainted. Southern Shores Construction and its hands-on GC and principal, Lenny Mucci, worked the job professionally and competently, adding useful advice when problems appeared---as they inevitably do when working on an older home. Overall, we got a good and satisfied job from a cooperative and capable contractor and are pleased we chose him."
