"We were hit hard by Helene in Nokomis and Jason and Lenny were so amazing !! 86 homes in my neighborhood unlivable and out of 86 homes we were the 3rd owners to get back in🙌🙏🤩 because of Jason and his guys and a great office staff… I hope this never happens again but I’m so glad I have their number just in case! "We renovated our newly purchased home extensively, adding new impact windows and doors in several areas, raising one room's ceiling and raising another room's interior ceiling and installing a new exterior roof above it. We had extensive interior and exterior electrical work done. We remodeled an interior bathroom completely with re-routed plumbing and all new plumbing fixtures, including new tile flooring. The entire exterior and most of the interior of the home was repainted. Southern Shores Construction and its hands-on GC and principal, Lenny Mucci, worked the job professionally and competently, adding useful advice when problems appeared---as they inevitably do when working on an older home. Overall, we got a good and satisfied job from a cooperative and capable contractor and are pleased we chose him."
